Hallmark offers retiree medical plans to those retirees who are not yet Medicare eligible up to age 65.
Hallmark offers vision and dental benefits to both Non-Medicare and Medicare eligible retirees.
If you retired prior to 1/1/2011 and have Hallmark life coverage, you may download the beneficiary change form and return to Mercer.
“My Account” is a self-service tool providing 24-hour access to your Plan information for those currently enrolled. My Account is mobile friendly and will work on any Android, iPhone or Tablet in addition to your personal computer.

When to Contact the Hallmark Retiree Service Center
The Mercer Retiree Medical Service Center customer service representatives are available between the hours of Monday through Friday from 7 am – 5 pm CT to assist you. Our dedicated toll-free phone number is 1-877-228-9061. You can also email for assistance at retiree.service@mercer.com.
Mercer will be responsible for communicating all member enrollments and eligibility to each of the carriers. If there are any questions regarding the activation of your coverage with a carrier you will need to contact Mercer.
